LibraryPilot collects only the information needed to respond to cataloguing requests, prepare service scopes, operate free quota controls, and provide library data outputs.

Information We Handle

Contact messages may include name, email, institution, collection size, cataloguing requirements, and links to files that the sender chooses to provide. Public site analytics and advertising systems may use cookies or similar signals according to the visitor's browser and Google settings.

Cataloguing Files

Library collection samples, scans, spreadsheets, MARC records, and import notes are treated as client work material. Public examples are published only when approved or anonymized.

Retention

Service request messages are retained for support and audit follow-up. Source files and processing artifacts should be removed or archived according to the agreed project scope.
